AFLR 3200

for tractors from 75 hp

The AFLR rotary mulchers offer an absolutely reliable and economic possibility for mulching the tree strip and implementing organic cultivation. The AFLR rotary mulchers have also proven themselves in the maintenance of photovoltaic systems and for mulching under fences. They are built particularly low and have a smooth surface, in order to slide under the fruit-laden boughs. The extensive lateral reach from the middle of the tractor of up to 2.8 meters for the AFLR 3200, makes working in standard tree orchards with treetops that are far apart or mulching under solar panels a breeze.

With the electro-hydraulic precision control system this is even executed automatically. The compact design ensures favourable weight distribution on the tractor.

The elastic V-belt drive is robust and insensitive.

for tractors from 20 hp

The AFLR rotary mulchers offer an absolutely reliable and economic possibility for mulching the tree strip and implementing organic cultivation. The AFLR rotary mulchers have also proven themselves in the maintenance of photovoltaic systems and for mulching under fences.

KMF

for tractors from 40 hp

The humus KMF is the heaviest and most solid model of humus mulchers. Thanks to high-quality components such as branded roller bearings, angular gears and a case made of fine-grained steel, the humus KMF flail mulchers are designed for a long durability and professional use.

Due to the two-sided three-point frame, the use at the front or rear is possible without any effort. The customer has the possibility to customise the humus KMF flail mulcher optimally for himself and his use with the wide variety of accessories and special equipment.

OMB

for tractors from 45 hp

Beneficial insects (e.g. bees, butterflies) and predators of aphids and spider mites (ladybugs, aphid lions) are encouraged through blossom strips with indigenous flowering meadow plants and wild herbs in orchards. Through its lift-out rotary cutter the humus OMB enables the user to leave a 40 cm blossom strip standing. Likewise, scarification of the blossom strip (mulching the flower heads to stimulate growth) is also possible. Before harvesting fruit and in the headland the rotary cutter can be lowered, so the complete width of the row can be mulched.

With the humus OMB any desired working position can be freely selected, thanks to its solid design and its variable working width adjustment of 2.19 m to 3.07 m. The working width is infinitely variable and hydraulically adjusted from the tractor. Both swing discs can be adjusted synchronously or separately. Thus the OMB rotary mulcher offers an absolutely reliable and economic possibility for mulching the tree strip and implementing organic cultivation. Thanks to its smooth surface, the OMB slides easily under low-hanging branches.

The OMB rotary mulchers move on large track wheels with a wide contact area. They can be adjusted in height.

The humus OMB has a minimal power requirement and can be operated starting at 45 hp.

PM

for tractors from 250 hp

The humus PM series of flail mulchers has been developed to meet the highest requirements and for hp capacities of up to 320 hp. The objective was to develop a mulcher that combines high work performance, stability and a high working speed.

The new humus PM mulcher permits working speeds of up to 14 km/h. The large housing with a passage height of 80 cm likewise supports the high
working speeds, because the mulched material can very quickly flow off.

The high working speed is particularly interesting for machinery contractors and for working large areas, as time management in agriculture is becoming increasingly significant as well. Thanks to high-quality components, such as branded roller bearings, angular gears and a case made of finegrained steel, the PM flail mulchers are designed for a long durability and professional use.

The PM flail mowers offer an ideal adaptation to the terrain. The large rear roller with a 32 mm Ø tracks the ground over the entire working width and ensures quiet operation, even on uneven terrain.

PMF

for tractors from 60 hp

The PMF has a newly-designed three-point bracket with linear lateral adjustment, which enables a high lateral thrust of up to 63 cm. The new three-point bracket receptacle can be used for front and/or rear attachment. An extensive offering of optional special accessories, such as drop flaps made of Hardox steel, is provided for the machine. The machine is factory-equipped with skids. The skids stabilise the machine in motion and prevent the rotor shafts from penetrating too deeply into the soil. The working width of the powerful PMF humus mulcher is between 2.40 meters and 3.20 meters, and depending on the model the PMF humus mulchers are suitable for tractors from 50 hp up to 200 hp.

PMG

for tractors from 130 hp

The humus PMG with a working width of 280 cm and a device width of 300 cm is equipped with 24 humus system flails (flail weight approx. 4 kg).

With a machine weight of 1660 kg, the device is suitable for tractors from 180 hp. The big brother of the humus PMF shines with a newly developed drive, which has now been replaced by a toothed belt instead of four belts, which means that a smaller protective box is required on the machine than before.

A rasp bar has been added as a new function, which works like a shearbar. The large housing enables a high passage height and thus supports the high working speeds, as the mulched material can flow off very quickly.

The high working speed is particularly interesting for contractors and large areas, since time management is also becoming increasingly important in agriculture. The newly designed three-point bracket with linear lateral adjustment, which enables a large lateral displacement of up to 63 cm, is standard. The new three-point bracket mount can be used for front and/or rear mounting. The machine is equipped with skids as standard.

PML

for tractors from 150 hp

The new PML humus flail mulcher can be operated in front or rear attachment. Thanks to the new Hardox steel housing, it was possible to achieve a significant weight reduction. Thus the lightweight PML humus flail mulcher is by no means inferior to its big brother, the KMF, in rigidity and stability and offers convincing performance thanks to its lightweight design. For example, with its lowest possible machine weight of 760 kg, working widths of up to 2.78 meters can be achieved. The machine is factory-equipped with skids. The skids stabilise the machine in motion and prevent the rotor shafts from penetrating too deeply into the soil. Thanks to the minimal machine weight, the PML is also suitable for slope tractors. The PML is designed for tractors up to 150 hp.

STO

for tractors from 45 hp

The STO rotary mulchers are preferred in orchard implementation.

Extremely flat and with a smooth surface it slides through under low-hanging boughs without damaging branches and fruit. However, the outstanding characteristics of the STO also ensure optimal mulching results for green area maintenance and on managed grassland with fruit trees.

As desired, the mulched material is distributed in the tramline behind the implement, or uniformly distributed laterally in the tree strip. The desired distribution can be adjusted on the discharge flaps.

VO

for tractors from 45 hp

VO rotary mulchers have a stable frame construction, designed particularly
for use on powerful tractors and for
the mulch-spray combination.

Within the variable working width adjustment of all VO rotary mulchers any desired position can be freely selected. The working width is variably adjusted from the tractor, hydraulically. Both swing discs can be adjusted synchronously or separately.

Thus the VO rotary mulchers offer an absolutely reliable and economic possibility for mulching the tree strip and implementing organic cultivation. They are built particularly low and have a smooth surface, in order to slide under the fruit-laden boughs.
